●      You will provide correct, up-to-date details when completing the submission form on our website;

●      You grant Greenback Records the right to use, display, and distribute the content as part of our services.

●      You understand that Greenback Records is not liable for any legal claims or disputes arising from your submissions.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The retention period is determined based on legal, contractual, and operational requirements.

By law we have to keep basic information about our users (including Personal Information) for six years after they cease being users for tax purposes.
