GREENBACK RECORDS SUBMISSION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1.      Thank you for completing the submission form (“Submission Form”) and for uploading your demo tracks (“Demo(s)”) to Greenback Records. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”), together with all other information provided prior to you completing the Submission Form and uploading the Demo(s) to the Greenback Records website or afterwards, including submission form and/or demo music instructions, form part of these T&Cs. By completing the Submission Form and submitting the Demo(s), you agree that you have read the T&Cs and agree that you will be bound by them.  

1.2.      Greenback Records (“we”, “our”, “us”) is the host of the website and the record label that will receive the Submission Form and Demo(s). If your Submission Form and Demo(s) have been accepted by us, we shall contact you, at our sole discretion, to discuss the prospects of us signing the Demo(s).

1.3.      We may change these T&Cs at any time so you should check this page regularly for any changes. Changes will apply from the date that they are published on this page.

2.      SUBMISSION FORM

2.1.      It is your responsibility to provide correct, up-to-date details when completing the submission forms. We are not responsible for any failure to supply accurate information which affects the review and consideration process of the Submission Form and Demo(s).

3.     OWNERSHIP OF THE DEMO MUSIC

3.1.      You confirm that:

3.1.1.          the Demo(s) are your sole property;

3.1.2.          the Demo(s) and the underlying compositions embodied thereon will not infringe any third-party rights;

3.1.3.          to the extent that you have sampled any third-party material on the Demo(s), you must inform us and you must ensure that you take full responsibility for obtaining the relevant clearances from the relevant third parties, and/or replay any samples featured on the Demo(s);

3.1.4.          the Demo(s) uploaded to the Greenback Records website have been cleared by all contributors for release; and

3.1.5.          there are no third party uncleared third party contribution to the Demo(s) hereunder.

3.2.      You shall reimburse us against any costs, expenses and damages suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your breach of this section.

4.     DATA PROTECTION

4.1.      By completing the Submission Form, you agree that your information will be used by us when reviewing and processing the Submission Form. Any personal information that you share with us will be kept secure used in line with our privacy notice. My privacy notice can be found at: [PRIVACY POLICY].

5.     GENERAL

5.1.      Our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Submission Form and/or Demo(s).

5.2.      Any submissions that we consider (in our absolute discretion) to infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately ineligible for consideration.

5.3.      We accept no responsibility for system errors, technical failures (including any such failure which is within our control) or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received Submission Form and/or Demo(s).

5.4.      For the avoidance of doubt, we are not obliged to respond to any Submission Form entry, neither are we obliged to sign any Demo(s) uploaded on the Greenback Records website.

5.5.      These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
